Terms and Conditions
I have the right to decline any commission request.
Please be patient.
Payment first basis.
The client must pay a downpayment of 50% of the discussed price before starting out the sketching phase.
No refunds once I start on the sketch.
Please send reference photos!
Progress photos will be sent out.
Additional fees for complex characters with detailed designs.
The first two revisions during the sketching phase are free. Any revision after these will be charged.
Finished work will only be sent out once the client has paid in full.
The finished artwork will be sent via email.
The prices indicated are for personal use unless stated otherwise.
If the client wishes not to have their artwork and progress sketches posted, the client must pay a privacy fee based on the agreed-upon commission price.
The privacy fee is an additional fee on top of the agreed-upon commission price.
The privacy fee is based on the commission price.
The privacy fee is different from the commercial fee.
For commercial use, the client must pay a commercial fee that is based on the agreed-upon commission price

If the client wishes to have commercial rights and to have their commission to be private, they will have to pay both the commercial fee and the privacy fee.

Characters will be drawn in my style. Please do not ask me to copy another person's artwork.
I reserve the rights to the finished artwork. I may put it in my portfolio and on my social media platforms.
